1. Orders are payable by direct deposit into Sweet Themes Decorating Co. bank account or by credit card (Mastercard or Visa only).
2. Credit Card payments will incur a 1.9% processing fee.
3. There is no minimum order amount.
4. Backorders under $50.00 excluding GST will be cancelled unless advised otherwise. 
5. GST will be charged at 10% on all tax invoices in accordance with the Australian government regulations.
6. Sprinkles are excluded from wholesale - unless negotiated with Sweet Themes
7. Sweet Sticks items are discounted at a flat rate of 45% off retail price exclusive to your wholesale discount
8. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and all goods will be charged at the price existing at the time of tax invoice.
9. Freight will be charged to the customer at the current freight rates. Orders over $500 excluding GST have freight coverage up to $30.00, anything in excess of $30.00 will be charged out. Any redelivery fees charged by the courier will be passed on and a separate invoice will be issued if they occur. The fee will be passed on even if you qualified for freight coverage up to $30.00. Any return mail charges by Australia Post, where the parcel has not been collected within the 10 Business Days, will be passed on and a separate invoice will be issued if they occur. The fee will be passed on even if you qualified for freight coverage up to $30.00. 
10. Sweet Themes Decorating Co. is to be notified in writing within 7 days from date of tax invoice for any freight damages, incorrect goods or short deliveries.  Failure to do this may result in the claim not being recognised.  Returns are only accepted upon prior notification and if they are authorised in writing by the Director of Sweet Themes Decorating Co.  
11. Should the customer not adhere to these credit terms, any collection fees, commissions and/or legal fees charged to Sweet Themes Decorating Co. by a third party to recover monies owed, must be paid by the customer.
12. Advertised discounts are applied to standard prices only and are not available in addition to any discounts you are already receiving (if applicable).
13. To buy Wholesale you must have an active ABN and be registered for GST.
